- Go to WordPress Admin → Appearance → Themes
- Click "Add New" then "Upload Theme"
- Select the ZIP file and click "Install Now"
- Activate the theme after installation
WordPress Plugins
- Download the plugin ZIP file from your dashboard
- Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New
- Click "Upload Plugin"
- Select the ZIP file and click "Install Now"
- Activate the plugin after installation
